1. Scope

The website is our public channel for information, charter and acquisition enquiries, catering requests, Briefing Room articles, and staff training. Scale is an internal staff and aviation operations application. BERP is our internal business and resource planning platform. Scale and BERP are available only to authorized VMO Aero employees, contractors, and approved users.

2. Website use

Content on the website is for general information. Submitting a contact, booking, catering, training, or newsletter form is a request only. It does not create a confirmed charter, acquisition mandate, catering order, or other contract until VMO Aero confirms it in writing.

Flight-time estimates shown on booking pages are indicative only and come from third-party calculation tools. They do not replace operational planning, slots, permits, or safety approvals.

The public flight calendar, where available, is informational. Do not treat it as a substitute for official dispatch, crew, or regulatory instructions.

3. Authorized use of Scale and BERP

You must use Scale and BERP only for legitimate company and operational purposes. You must not access another person’s account, share login details, or attempt to bypass access restrictions.

Report lost devices, suspicious activity, or compromised credentials to VMO Aero’s IT team immediately.

4. Account security

You are responsible for protecting website staff/admin passwords, Scale or BERP login credentials, and recovery codes. Staff and admin areas on this website are for authorized personnel only.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Access or disclose information without authorization.
• Enter false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Misuse client, passenger, staff, or company data.
• Upload malicious content, interfere with our services, or post unlawful Briefing Room comments.
• Use the website, Scale, or BERP for unlawful or unauthorized personal activities.

6. Company and operational data

All company records — including quotes, invoices, client information, flight records, appraisals, and staff information — must be handled confidentially and in accordance with VMO Aero’s policies.

Users must verify important information before sharing or relying on it. Scale and BERP do not replace required aviation approvals, safety procedures, or regulatory requirements.

7. Permissions and sharing

Scale may request access to location, camera, notifications, and other device features to support its functions. Users are responsible for verifying recipients before sharing documents or personal information through WhatsApp, email, printing, or other services.

8. Intellectual property

Website copy, branding, fleet imagery, and Briefing Room articles belong to VMO Aero or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Third-party images, maps, and training videos remain subject to their owners’ terms.

9. Availability and liability

VMO Aero may update, suspend, or restrict access to the website, Scale, or BERP for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons.

These services are provided as information and business-support tools. To the extent permitted by law, VMO Aero does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be accurate or complete. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on unpublished or unconfirmed website estimates, comments, or operational records.

10. Suspension and termination

VMO Aero may suspend or terminate Scale, BERP, or portal access when employment or authorization ends, these Terms are breached, or access is no longer required. Users must stop using the services and protect or return company information when instructed.

11. Privacy and governing law

Use of our services is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie and Local Storage Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to applicable law and confirmation of the appropriate jurisdiction.
